We are a truly global digital marketing agency, headquartered in London with twelve other offices around the world including Paris, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo.

We're looking for a Senior Paid Search Strategist to define our Paid Search strategies and manage client relationships along with overseeing the delivery of activity. We have a real start-up feel with an enthusiastic paid search team that plan and activate across a broad spectrum of channels provide a unique opportunity for the right candidate. The role reports into our Head of PPC, US.

This is a key role in the office. You will be positioned to drive client success, supporting with project management, client engagement and working closely with our in-channel performance teams to deliver client strategy.

The fundamental objectives of the role are to support the agency with:

  • Taking ownership of the strategic client relationship
  • Managing a range of resources to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programs
  • Helping drive our vision of paid search to the next level
  • Making sure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget as regular checks will be carried out for performance against client ROI targets
  • Identifying openings in the marketplace in terms of business development
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to clients
  • Managing budgets and the onboarding of new clients
  • Training and mentoring of junior staff
Requirements

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a PPC/Paid Search Manager (or as an Online Marketing Executive/Biddable Account Manager) and have the following core skills and abilities:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in PPC/Search Engine Marketing
  • Innovative and highly motivated with strong technical/IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Innate ability to take ownership of an account strategy
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Passionate about paid search marketing
  • Up to speed with tracking systems
  • Good understanding of AdWords/Search Engine best practices
  • Comfortable assessing staffing needs or delivering new staff inductions
  • Able to assist with audit work or attend new business pitches
  • Problem solving/critical thinking ability
