We’re looking for an accomplished Paid Social Team Lead with impressive paid social experience and a flair for driving team performance, to take responsibility for the output and management of a group of clients and a small and growing team. A challenging role that reports directly to the Head of Display & Social, so your expertise within the field will have every chance to shine.

  • Ensure the delivery of account performance and innovation across client portfolio, you will work closely with your team managing the workload and resource allocation and ensuring Paid Social best practice and high quality output.
  • Client relationship management; you’ll lead the day to day running of key clients, overseeing smaller clients with a focus on strategy and client servicing being the main escalation point and gatekeeper of SLAs.
  • Business development activities such as identifying untapped opportunities in the marketplace for your clients, or using your Paid Social expertise to provide pitch support and strategic insights on all elements of paid social for Business Directors and senior agency staff.
  • Team management; you’ll be managing a group of three people, develop their skill set and improve working methods to increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Confident in managing senior client relationships on key accounts in term of driving strategy and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You will have industry-leading knowledge of Paid Social, ideally gained in an agency setting
  • Proven track record in leadership and people management, comfortable planning goals for your teams as well as being able to shape and develop a paid social strategy that is delivered by direct reports
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in your approach to client management
  • Keen to make your mark and pass on your knowledge in an exciting and fast moving workplace.
